I have 1983 80cc Honda Scooter. It runs great actually, when its on the stand. Revs right up. Kicks over first start. However, when I hop on to go for a ride down the street, it gets up to only about 10 Km/h or so and then starts sputtering and dying, until I stop with the throttle, and then it just idles. Maybe something wrong with the belt, pulleys, weights? Help me please!

Any cheap inexpensive way to change front and back Tire on Honda Scooter Aero 80 / 1983 ? THX

This is a Honda scooter NH80 1983 , it is been sitting in my garage and I have changed the oil and Gas and spark plug.
It will start w little gas in the carb .but dies behind red light .great 20 plus Year scooter .PLZ help
