is Honda’s scooter DIO headlight is directly from the battery?( i mean, is it fully DC)?
I would like to buy Honda dio for my wife and i also drive it for some time. i am 5.8 and she is 5.. is Honda can be comfortable with her height?

The lighting system is operated off the battery so the lights still work with the engine not running.
The seat height is 760mm (30 inches) so you will fit it fine, but your wife might find it difficult to touch the ground with both feet while sitting on the seat.
I don’t know the DIO scooter but I’d imagine it has a battery to provide DC power to lightning.
The usual way to see if one fits for height is for one to sit on it.
