Honda metropolitan 49cc scooter maintenance questions?
I have a brand new 2008 scooter and about to do my first oil change. Im thinking getting the best oil 10W40 for my oil change. any idea how many quart it requires? and how often should i get an oil change?

For your FIRST oil change, you are supposed to make the very first, you should change it at about 300Km (~186Mi) and then again at 1,000Km (621Mi). From then on you should change around every 2000Km (1200Miles). Hope that helps. Also, for your first few oil changes, do not use synthetic oils or it may be difficult for your engine to seat properly.

One quart is usually enough for machines under 50cc
Don’t just dump in the recommend amount of oil - you will always over fill it.
