i got a 2001 honda elite scooter, its 50cc and it only goes up to about 25 mph, no matter the weight. Whether its only me or me and my brother on it its the same speed, and i was told its the speed restrictor

does anyone know how to take it out?

I would like the differences between the two, which is better, and why you think it is better. The scooters in question are a 2005 honda metropolitan II and a 2007 yamaha vino classic. Thanks.

I have an 87 or 89 honda elite scooter. It is used and you can tell it. It doesn't look that bad, but one of the mirrors is cracked and it has some dings and scratches. Plus it needs a new battery. Anyone know how much I could sell it for? I can't find any info anywhere.
